What is the best way to place an order?

Ordering online is the easiest and fastest.  Please call us at  508 349-1141 if your arrival is less than 2 days away, or if you have questions about your order.   You may also mail-in or FAX an order using our Linen Rental Order Form.  Payment is required at the time the order is placed.

 

Can I order linens at the last minute?

We strongly recommend that you place your Cape Cod linen rental order when you confirm your vacation accommodations. You can rent linens when you arrive on Cape Cod, but we cannot guarantee we will have all items in stock. We will always do our best to accommodate your linen rental needs.

 

Can I rent items for less than a week?

All linen rentals are billed by the week. If you are staying less than a full week, the full week rate applies.

 

What if I have to cancel my order?

Order cancellations made at least 3 days in advance are entitled to a full refund.  Cancellations made after that time will be refunded only at the discretion of management.

If you leave earlier than expected, or if you find upon your arrival that you do not need the linens you rented, no refunds or credits will be issued.

 

Can I have fresh sheets & towels delivered if I am staying multiple weeks?

Each time you receive a new set of linens, a new rental period starts. You will only receive the discounted rate for the additional week if you keep the same linens.  You will need to place a separate order if you would like replacement linens mid-stay.

 

What areas of Cape Cod do you offer Linen Rental Service & Delivery?

We offer doorstep delivery of our Cape Cod linen rentals to customers vacationing in the following towns:

Harwich, Chatham, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, and Truro.

Vacationers in Provincetown can Self Pick-up and return at our Wellfleet office.

 

Do you charge for delivery? Can I pick-up our Rental Linens?

The Furies will deliver rental linens to your rental address and pick them up at the end of your stay for a $24 total fee. (Wellfleet customers delivery/pick-up is $20 total fee).

Customers vacationing in Wellfleet, Truro, and Eastham can opt to Self-pickup and return from our Wellfleet location.

Vacationers in Provincetown can Self Pick-up and return at our Wellfleet office.

 

When will my linen order be delivered? Do I have to be at the house?

You do not need to be present when we deliver or pick-up rental linens. Your linens will be left by the front door of your vacation home on your arrival date.  At the end of your stay, place all the linens back in the provided Furies tote bags and leave outside the front door for pick-up by 9:45 am.

The Furies Linen Rentals of Cape Cod guarantees delivery by 6 pm on your arrival date.

 

If I am picking-up at your office, where is The Furies office located?  What are your office hours?

Our office is located on Cape Cod in Wellfleet, MA at 2393 U.S. 6 in the Cove Corners Plaza. The Furies’ office is approximately 1/2 mile from the traffic light for Wellfleet center. We share a building with Dunkin Donuts, and Rustored Salvage.

If you arrive to pick up your Linen Order after business hours, we will leave your sheets and towels in tote bags outside our office in our after-hours bin with your name clearly marked on your items. Be sure to check your tags to determine the number of bags you will be retrieving from our bin.

 

What do I do with the items at the end of our stay?

If you have arranged for Furies Pick-up at the end of your stay, place all the linens back in the provided Furies tote bags and leave outside the front door for pick-up by 9:45 am.  You do not need to launder the items.

If you have arranged for Self return : All rental linens must be returned to our office by 10:30 AM on the day of your departure.  Please leave them in the outside bin if the office is not open.

 

Do you offer bed-making services?

We do offer bed making services on a limited, pre-scheduled basis. The cost is $20.00 per bed. You must make arrangements for us to access your Cape Cod vacation rental property if you will not be onsite at the time of linen delivery. All bed making services must be scheduled in advance through our office by calling (508) 349-1141.
